- Certification / Certificate of Course Completion prints after successful course completion
- 3.0 continuing education contact hours
- Renewal every two years
- 60 Questions, passing score of 85%
- Each question provides an education module and evaluation component
- Exam is confidential and can be repeated until a passing score is obtained at no additional charge
- Training record database for all training
